Located on Rua Imperatriz Dona Amélia, near the Savoy Palace, Makan Madeira is a restaurant and bar dedicated to Singaporean cuisine. Its concept brings together Malay, Chinese, Indian, Eurasian and Peranakan traditions with Madeiran ingredients. Alongside dishes such as nasi lemak and rendang, the cocktail menu includes local interpretations such as pandan poncha, combining Madeira’s traditional drink with a distinctive Southeast Asian flavour.
